Delete your Loywin account

1. 1Sign in to Loywin, in the app or at loywin.netlify.app.
2. 2Open your profile.
3. 3Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.

Your sign-in is removed straight away, so the account can’t be used again. The rest of your data is erased as described below.

Email info@entelxcore.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my Loywin account”. If you write from another address, we’ll ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete anything.

• Your sign-in and profile: name, email address, city and settings.
• Your points balance and points history.
• Your receipt photos and the claims made with them.
• Your business application, if you made one.
• Your vouchers. Ones you already used may be kept without anything that could identify you, so shops’ statistics stay correct.

• A record that the deletion happened: your account ID and the date, without the deleted data.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

Once your account is deleted, its points can’t be restored or moved to another account.

We erase your data within one month of your request.

Deleting a business account also takes your shop’s listing and offers off Loywin. If you’d rather hand the shop over to someone else, contact us before you delete your account.
