Every point on Loywin is backed by something real: a code you handed out, a receipt you approved or a voucher you accepted.

Single-use codes

A code works once, for one customer, and can have an expiry date.

You set the rate

Choose how many points each euro earns. Receipt approvals can’t go above that rate.

Receipts need your OK

Photos never award points on their own. You see the photo and the total before approving.

Vouchers stay at your till

Your shop can only accept its own vouchers, and each one works once.

Getting started

From application to first offer

    Create an account

    Sign up in the Loywin app with your email. It takes a minute and works in any browser.

    Apply as a business

    In your profile, choose Apply as a business and tell us about your shop.

  3. 3

    We review it

    A person on the Loywin team checks every application. You’ll see the decision in the app, and once you’re approved your account moves to the business side.

    Launch

    Fill in your shop page, publish your first offer and start handing out codes.

Do my customers need to install anything?

No. Loywin works in any web browser, and iOS and Android apps are on the way.

What do I need at the till?

A phone, tablet or computer with a web browser. To accept a voucher, type its code or scan the customer’s QR code with the camera.

How do customers earn points at my shop?

With the codes you hand out, printed on receipts or sent with online orders, or by sending you a photo of their receipt to approve. You choose how many points each euro earns.

Who decides what the offers are?

You do. You set each offer’s title, price in points, availability and terms, and you can pause it at any time.

Can members spend points from other shops at mine?

Yes. Members have one balance across Loywin, so points they earned elsewhere can bring them to your offers.

How are applications reviewed?

By a person on the Loywin team. We may contact you for more details before deciding.
