Loywin turns everyday purchases at local shops into points you can spend on real rewards. Here’s the whole journey.
Step by step
From your first purchase to your first reward

Join free
Create an account with your email in the Loywin app. It works in any browser, and iOS and Android apps are coming soon.

Shop as usual
Buy from a participating shop. You’ll find them in the app’s shop directory, by name or category.

Earn points
Type or scan the code on your receipt or online order, or send a photo of your receipt for the shop to approve.
- 4
Unlock a reward
When you have enough points, unlock a shop offer or a Loywin prize. It goes to your wallet as a voucher.
- 5
Show it at the till
Open the voucher and let the shop scan its QR code or type its code. That’s it.

Codes and receipt photos
Codes
- Shops print codes on receipts or send them with online orders.
- Each code works once, and some expire, so claim yours soon after you buy.
- Points appear in your balance as soon as the code is accepted.
Receipt photos
- Take a clear photo that shows the shop, the date and the total.
- The shop reviews it and approves points at its own points-per-euro rate, or tells you why not.
- You’ll see the result in the app.
Spending
Offers, prizes and vouchers
Shop offers
Priced in points by each shop and used at that shop. They come out of your one balance, wherever you earned the points.
Loywin prizes
Rewards from Loywin itself. They aren’t collected at a shop: once you unlock one, we contact you to deliver it.
Vouchers
Each reward you unlock becomes a voucher in your wallet, with a code and, for shop offers, a QR code. Its terms and expiry date are there too.

Common questions
Is Loywin free?
Yes. Creating an account, earning points and spending them is free for members.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Loywin works in any web browser today, at loywin.netlify.app. iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
Which shops take part?
Every participating shop is in the app’s shop directory, with its offers and how to earn there.
Where do I find a code?
On your receipt, or with your online order, from a participating shop. If you can’t see one, ask at the till, or send a photo of your receipt instead.
Can I use points from one shop at another?
Yes. All your points go into one balance that you can spend on any shop’s offers or on Loywin prizes.
Do points expire?
Not at the moment. If that ever changes, we’ll tell you well in advance.
Can I swap points for cash, or give them to someone else?
No. Points have no cash value and stay with your account.
Who can join?
Anyone aged 18 or over.
Which languages is the app in?
English, for now.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your profile and choose Delete account. You can also ask us by email.
