Terms of use

Loywin is a loyalty service run by ENTELXCORE SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (ENTELXCORE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.), Rizountos 51, 16777 Elliniko, Attica, Greece (“we”, “us”). Members earn points at participating shops and spend them on offers and prizes. Businesses use Loywin to run a loyalty program for their shop.

By creating an account, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have read our privacy policy. If you use Loywin for a business, section 6 applies to you as well.

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• One person, one account. Keep your details accurate and your password to yourself.
• You’re responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

• You earn points at participating shops by claiming the codes they hand out, or by sending a photo of your receipt, which the shop may approve or turn down. Each shop decides how many points a purchase earns.
• Points are a loyalty reward. They have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred to someone else or exchanged for money.
• All your points go into one balance, which you can spend on any participating shop’s offers or on Loywin prizes.
• We may correct your balance if points were added by mistake or obtained in breach of these terms.
• Points don’t currently expire. If we introduce an expiry, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies.
• When your account is deleted, your points are lost and can’t be restored.

• Shop offers are set and provided by each shop. The shop is responsible for honouring its offers and for its products and services. We are not a party to your purchases from shops.
• Loywin prizes are provided by us. Once you unlock one, we contact you to arrange delivery. Prizes may change or run out.
• A reward you unlock becomes a voucher. Each voucher can be used once, only for its own offer, and may have its own conditions and expiry date, which your wallet shows.
• Offers and prizes can be limited in number, and may change or end at any time.
• We may cancel vouchers obtained by mistake or in breach of these terms.

You must not:

• claim, share, sell or collect codes that weren’t given to you for your own purchase;
• send fake, altered or someone else’s receipts, or the same receipt more than once;
• create more than one account, or use someone else’s;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access Loywin;
• try to access data or accounts that aren’t yours, or disrupt the service.

If you do, we may remove points or vouchers obtained that way, and suspend or close your account.

• Business accounts are approved by us, and we may accept or decline an application.
• You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
• Keep your shop’s listing accurate, and honour the offers you publish and the vouchers you accept.
• Hand out codes only for real purchases, and review receipt photos fairly and promptly. Don’t award points to yourself, or to anyone, without a real purchase.
• Use members’ receipt photos and voucher details only to handle their receipts and vouchers.
• You’re responsible for making sure your offers comply with the law, including consumer-protection law.
• We may hide your listing or suspend your business account if these terms are broken or members are put at risk.

We work to keep Loywin available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and pause the service for maintenance.

We aren’t responsible for the products, services or offers of participating shops. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms and, where reasonable, we’ll tell you why first.

We may update these terms, for example when Loywin changes. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you don’t agree with the new terms, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the courts of Athens, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to the courts where you live. You can also contact the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr).
